Selecting your prefered Paysley Notifications

How to select your prefered Paysley Notifications.

Notifications are helpful to stay updated on all the activity on your Paysley account, including, and most importantly, received payments. Selecting which notifications you would like to receive is easy and requires only a few simple steps.

Step 1: Log in to your Paysley account. From your Paysley Dashboard, click on your email at the top right of the screen to open the setup menu. Select the ‘Configuration’ option to open your account configuration settings page.
Step 2: Select the ‘Notifications’ option. This will open the full range of available notifications.
Step 3: Select all the notifications you would like to receive by toggling the switch next to the notification to ‘Yes.’

Once you have made your selection, you can return to the Dashboard by clicking on the Paysley logo or the ‘Back to Dashboard’ link on the right.

Push Notifications

Push notifications are messages that you receive on your browser while you are logged in to your Paysley Dashboard on your computer. To activate push notifications, simply flip the switch to 'Yes' and then select 'Allow' on the pop-up notification that appears on your browser.

SMS (Text) Notifications

SMS or Text message notifications are sent for only two activities on your Paysley account: successful and failed payments. The phone number displayed at the top is where the text messages will be sent. This is the number of the main Paysley account holder. If you want to change this number, email Paysley support at support@paysley.com.

Email Notifications

You can choose to receive email notifications for various activities such as undelivered text messages, campaign payments, and subscription payments. To receive these notifications, toggle the switch to 'Yes'. The email notifications will be sent to the main account holder's email. If you need to update the email address, please contact Paysley support by sending an email to support@paysley.com.
