How to add more Users to your account

How to add additional User on your Account

Add a New User Profile

Step 1: Log in to your Paysley dashboard. Visit https://merchant.paysley.com/en/home/login. Input your email and password. Once you’ve entered the correct email and password, you’ll enter the dashboard page.
Step 2: Click “User Accounts” on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Step 3: Click the "+ Add New Account" button.
Step 4: Enter the user’s email, password, and account type. You can manually enter and confirm the user’s password or click “Generate Password” to generate a password automatically.
Step 5: Select the appropriate account type: Accounting, Administrator, Sales, and Developer.
Step 6: Select your preferred account privileges from the list of options available to you.
Step 7: Click “Save.” Paysley will send an email with the login credentials to the user.


Editing User Details

To edit a user's details:
Step 1: From the dashboard, go to the “Users Accounts” on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Step 2: On the right-hand side of each user email, you’ll see three icons: Change Password, Edit User’s Details, and Delete User Details, respectively. To edit a user’s details, click the icon in the middle.
Step 3: Update details like email, account type, and account privileges.
Step 4: Click “Update” when you're done. Your update will be successful.

Change User Password

To change a user’s password:
Step 1: From the dashboard, go to the “Users Accounts” on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Step 2: On the right-hand side of each user email, you’ll see three icons: Change Password, Edit User’s Details, and Delete User Details, respectively. To change a user’s password, click the padlock icon on the left.
Step 3: The page to edit the password will pop up. On this pop-up, you can either generate a password automatically or input it manually. Choose your preferred style and input your preferred password.
Step 4: Click “Update” when you’re done. Your update will be successful.

Deleting a User

To delete a user from the Paysley’s platform:
Step 1: From the dashboard, go to the “Users Accounts” on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Step 2: On the right-hand side of each user email, you’ll see three icons; Change Password, Edit User’s Details, and Delete User Details respectively. To delete a user’s details, click the delete icon on the far-right-hand side.
Step 3: You’ll then see a pop-up with the question, “Are you sure you want to delete this account?” Click “OK.” Confirm that you want to delete the user by clicking OK. The user’s details will be automatically deleted from the Paysley platform.
